We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain limited edition items or sale products may be final sale.

Can I pick up my online order at the DTLA storefront?

Yes! Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect your items from our Row DTLA location. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.

Are the products sold online the same as those in the physical store?

Most of our curated Japanese stationery and home goods are available both online and in-store, though we occasionally host exclusive in-store pop-ups or online-only releases.
